Great Stamping Starts With a Great Die
At JUMAI Tech, we believe that the quality of your stamped hardware is entirely dependent on the precision of the tooling. Rather than outsourcing this critical step, our dedicated tooling department designs and manufactures custom stamping dies entirely in-house.
Our seasoned mold engineers utilize advanced CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD) to perform rigorous Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analyses. We simulate the stamping process to eliminate stress concentrations, optimize material usage, and ensure the die guarantees millions of consistent strikes.

Types of Stamping Dies We Manufacture
We build custom tooling tailored to your production volume, part complexity, and budget requirements.
Ideal for: Complex Parts & Mass Production
Ideal for: High-Precision Flat Washers & Gears
Ideal for: Low-Volume or Heavy-Duty Parts
Machining & Material Standards
A die is only as good as the steel it’s made from and the precision of the machines that cut it. Our toolroom is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to guarantee sub-micron accuracy.

Recently Delivered Dies
Exporting high-quality molds to manufacturers worldwide.
Our Die Fabrication Process
From your initial product drawing to final mold tryout, we maintain strict control over every step.
1. DFM & Strip Layout
We analyze your part drawing, design the progressive strip layout, and simulate the forming process to prevent tearing or wrinkling.
2. Die 3D Design
Full 3D modeling of the mold structure, selecting appropriate tool steels, punches, dies, and standard guide components.
3. Machining & Assembly
Precision CNC milling, Wire EDM, and heat treatment. Followed by meticulous hand-fitting and assembly by master toolmakers.
4. Tryout (T0) & Delivery
We test the mold on our in-house presses, inspect the sample parts via CMM, tune the die, and securely crate it for export.
